If you have 2 or more conversions you can combine them into a single conversion. In this case every time one of your simple conversions is triggered, your combined conversion will be triggered as well.
To create a simple conversion navigate to the Conversions page, click + ADD, and select Combined conversion.
Conversions deduplication
Enabling deduplication will filter out conversions that happened by users with the same Google Client ID within a set day window.
